The team wishes everyone a happy holiday. Don’t eat too much.
Congratulations
I want to say thank you to my team for the great job that we did last year. We ended up closing 64 transactions and our total gross volume of sales was $9.9+ million. This was a tremendous job considering the economy but we are all full time and we all enjoy what we do.
Grandkids
My grandkids all play sports and I so enjoy going to their games and seeing them play. Right now we are in the midst of basketball and going into soccor. It is great for them to be involved in these activities and keeping them busy so there is much less time for nonsense.
Winter

Fall is on the way
I was up on the mountain yesterday and the leaves are just beautiful. I did not think that they would be so nice considering there was no rain all summer, but they are. I hope everyone takes an hour or two and goes for a ride to look at the beauty of the Poconos.
